Yes, we customize vehicles as per customer's special request with reasonable cost and lead time, as long as the customization is not related to the chassis modification.
What is your warranty term?
We provide 1 year warranty. For any failed part under warranty, we cover repair costs or send replacements including freight costs if it cannot be repaired locally.
Do you accept OEM orders?
Yes, as long as the order quantity is reasonable (yearly 300-500 units), we will accept OEM requests.
What are your terms to be an agent/dealer?
Requirements: experience in the electric vehicle business, capability to provide after-sales service, and ability to sell a reasonable volume of vehicles.
Do you provide technical support?
Yes, we provide technical support via email and phone. If necessary, we can also dispatch engineers to your location.
Do you provide after-service spare parts?
